New book announcement!

What if the biggest obstacle to your success is something you can't even see?

Hi,

It’s been a little while—thank you so much for your patience while I’ve been deep in writing mode. I’m thrilled to finally be able to share some big news with you a few days before I share this news with everyone else.

I have written a new book called Blindspotting: How to See What Others Miss and it is now available for pre-order!

This book is the result of years of research, real conversations, and a deep curiosity about the hidden forces that shape how we think, lead, and relate to each other. Blindspotting builds on my work in Head & Heart and dives deep into the way we can challenge our assumptions, hunt our biases, and become better decision-makers, leaders, and humans.

Blindspotting is about the powerful, often hidden assumptions that influence how we lead, relate, and make sense of the world—and how we can start seeing what others miss.

It’s packed with real stories, research, and highly practical tools to help you spot what you are likely to otherwise miss … in yourself, your teams, and your organisational culture …given the ambiguous, fast-moving world we operate in.

Whether you're working in a small team, in the boardroom, navigating complex relationships, or just trying to understand yourself and others more clearly, this book is for you.

Blindspotting will be available in all the formats - hard copy, e-book and audio book from 3 June. You will find all the links to pre-order here. I’d be so grateful if you’d consider pre-ordering a copy today. Early orders really help get the book into more hands, and it means the world to me to have your support.

You can also test your own blindspotting skills with a free self-assessment tool that has been developed to allow you to compare your results to others. More than 31,000 people have taken the Head & Heart Leader Scale so you can now be among the first to take the Blindspotting Leader Self-Assessment.

I can’t wait to hear what you think of Blindspotting!

(And apologies for the extra post I sent received yesterday … that was definitely a case of me accidentally pressing “SEND”. After today, I promise it will be less frequent and only on Thursday mornings).

With thanks (and excitement). As always, I love to hear from you so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
